New Delhi : On Monday Congress called for an independent inquiry into the Rafale jet deal after a French media outlet quoted the anti-opposition agency as demanding one million Euros in the same amount.

Speaking to reporters here, Congress head of news Randeep Surjewala asked the government whether it was appropriate or not to stop Rafale Dassault makers from paying bribes and a registered case.

“India's major defense contract for 36 Rafale fighter aircraft from Dassault Aviation in France is a misleading incident of loss of public interest, disregard for national interests and violation of the Defense Procurement Procedure. Shocking revelations in the latest report of the French News portal Mediapart.fr have now revealed that there is a middle ground, a commission payment and red flags raised by the French Anti-Corruption Agency - AFA. ”

Surjewala cited a news report accused of paying 1.1 million euros at India's Defysys Solutions factory and said the French anti-corruption unit had asked Dassault difficult questions about the payments.

“Dassault Balance said money is a gift for the customer. But during his confrontation, Dassault told a French anti-corruption company to pay an Indian company that worked to make 59 types of Rafale. There were no answers when French officials asked Dassault why he could join an Indian firm to make models while making this own jet? ”

Knowing that Defysys Solutions, in India, is actually a company that conducts airline simulation and optical and technical programs, Surjewala asked the Premier if he could ask for a DPP loyalty section on the Rafale blacklist as provided by law.

“The Defense Procurement Process as well as the Indian government policy have stipulated that there will be a‘ Section of Integrity Law ’in all defense procurement contracts. There can be no intermediate or commission payment or bribe. Any evidence of an intermediary or commission or bribe has serious consequences for corporate protectionist protection, contract cancellation, FIR registration and the imposition of heavy financial penalties on the company of security providers. Will this happen now? ”Asked Congress.

The amount shown as cost by Dassault as gifts to customers.

(b) Why were the expenses incurred as a “gift to clients”?

(c) Were these species ever made? If so, where and when?
