Seven terrorists shot dead by security forces at a shopping mall in J-K's Shopian, Pulwama
Srinagar : Seven terrorists, including Ansar Ghazwatul Hind terrorist leader Imtiaz Ahmad Shah, were shot dead by security forces at two rallies in Jammu and Kashmir districts in Shopian and Pulwama, police said on Friday.
"Five terrorists were killed in the Shopian factory, and two others were killed in Nowbugh in the Tral area of Pulwama district," said a police official.
Earlier, Kashmir Regional Police said efforts were being made to find two soldiers hiding inside a mosque after a one-night stand to hand over themselves.
"My brother-in-law # of terrorists and the local Imamsahab have sent inside the mosque to ask the # terrorists to come out & #surrender. Efforts are being made to save the mosque," police said in a tweet.
Earlier police had posted on Twitter about the Ansar Ghazwatul Hind king being trapped inside a Muslim church.

"The commander of the AGuH (JeM) illegal terrorist uniform was arrested," the tweet said.
The meeting in the Shopian city began on Thursday evening. Giving details of the operation that night, police said three soldiers were killed and four security guards were injured.
At a separate rally in the Pulwama area of Pulwama on Friday morning, security personnel shot dead two unknown soldiers, police said. PTI
