Ludhiana :(Amrit Sidhu)Ludhiana police on Tuesday night released LIP MLA Simarjit Bains after he was arrested from the court complex earlier in the day.
He was reportedly released following the intervention of the election commission.
Bains, along with 33 others, had been booked following a clash on Monday between Congress supporters and LIP workers at Atam Nagar.
