End of Innings: India 302/5
Unbeaten knocks of 92 and 66 from Pandya and Jadeja has powered India to a competitive score and this has been a brilliant recovery. The duo put an unbeaten 150-run stand to give the bowlers a target to defend.
India 289/5 after 49 overs: This has been a remarkable recovery and all credit to Jadeja and Pandya for going after the bowling after getting their eye in. 10 runs from Hazlewood over and 300 on the cards.
India 279/5 after 48 overs: Jadeja slams a brilliant 43-ball half-century and the last three overs has yielded 53 runs! Jadeja goes hard as he hits Abbott for a hat-trick of boundaries and then smokes over deep mid-wicket for a maximum. Excellent from India.
India 260/5 after 47 overs: Jadeja gets into the act with two sixes and the 250 is up for India. The 280 run-mark is now possible and the partnership is worth 108. Brilliant batting from Pandya and Jadeja.
India 243/6 after 46 overs: Fabulous from Pandya as he smacks Abbott for a six and two boundaries and the 250-run mark is in sight for India. The pick of the shot was when Pandya was up in the air and smokes Abbott for a maximum to make it a 17-run over.
India 226/5 after 45 overs: Runs, finally flowing for India and Pandya gets a move on after his fifty as he smacks Hazlewood for a boundary.

India 209/5 after 43 overs: Zampa finishes his spell and what a brilliant one this has been 10-0-45-1.

India 198/5 after 41 overs: Six runs from Zampa's penultimate over and India needs a couple of good boundary overs to finish strong.
India 192/5 after 40 overs: The run-rate inching close to just 5 rpo and a good finish will lift India to a competitive total. Jadeja and Pandya hold the key.
India 184/5 after 39 overs: Welcome boundary for India as Pandya stands tall to pull Abott through the mid-wicket and the ball beats the fielder to cross the ropes. India needs a couple of good overs and they will be back in the game.
India 176/5 after 38 overs: Maxwell gets the over pretty quickly and gives just three and both Pandya and Jadeja are batting with minimal risks. The last 10 will be interesting.
India 173/5 after 37 overs: Still no boundary for India as Pandya and Jadeja are doing the hard work by taking ones and twos and Australia clearly bossing at the moment.
India 167/5 after 36 overs: Maxwell purchases bounces and little turn but has peeled off another tight over. With no boundaries on offer, Pandya and Jadeja banking on singles.
India 164/5 after 35 overs: Pandya gets a much-needed boundary for India and Agar finishes his spell. Brilliant from the spinner as he gets two wickets and gives 44 from 10.
India 156/5 after 34 overs: India is stuck and there is absolutely no momentum. Pandya and Jadeja need a couple of good overs to get India to a competitive total.
India 155/5 after 33 overs: Ravindra Jadeja joins Pandya and Agar bowls yet another tight over, giving just three runs.
India 152/5 after 32 overs: What a review from Australia and Josh Hazlewood picks the prized scalp of Kohli. There was a half-hearted appeal for caught behind, Finch took the review and it proved to be a master stroke! Sniko suggested a faint spike and Kohli falls to leave India five down.
India 149/4 after 31 overs: Singles are not going to hurt Australia and Hardik needs to tee off as the run-rate is just 4.76.
India 144/4 after 30 overs: Kohli is timing the ball brilliantly but is struggling to find boundaries as there is protection in the deep.
India 139/4 after 29 overs: Shot from Kohli as he cuts Zampa behind point for a much-needed boundary to give India some momentum.
India 133/4 after 28 overs: Fifty from Kohli and this has been a fighting fifty from the India skipper. It has been a hard work out there in the middle.
India 128/4 after 27 overs: Zampa and Agar have picked wickets and have kept the lid on scoring. Hardik Pandya is off the mark and needs to hold fort along with Kohli.
India 125/4 after 26 overs: Ashton Agar picks his second wicket and KL Rahull falls for a sweep as the ball hits him flush in front of middle. Rahul opts for a review but in vain. Australia in control.
India 122/3 after 25 overs: Kohli motoring on nicely and Rahul is off the mark and one of the batsman will attack.
India 118/3 after 24 overs: KL Rahul joins Kohli and although India bat deep, a batsman needs to stand along with Kohli, who is batting well and is nearing his fifty.
India 114/3 23 overs: There's the breakthrough and Zampa strikes to remove Iyer, who went for an inside out shot and is caught at backward point.
India 111/2 after 22 overs: Top stuff from Agar as he is keeping a tight leash on the batsmen. Both batsmen putting in hard yards to keep the scorecard ticking.
India 107/2 after 21 overs: India going at 5 runs per over and they need to attack the spinners and get the run-rate up.
India 104/2 after 20 overs: The chin music is on but Iyer does well with a controlled pull to the deep backward square boundary and the 100 is up for India.
India 96/2 after 19 overs: Iyer flicks Zamapa against the tuns and he ball runs through the backward point for a boundary. This partnership is going to be vital for India.
India 88/2 after 18 overs: Top over from Green as he beats Kohli thrice but the India skipper is up for the task. Just a single and time for Drinks!
India 87/2 after 17 overs: Shreyas Iyer joins Kohli after Gill departed for a pre-meditated shot and the young batsman was on for something special.
India 84/2 after 16 overs: WICKET! Agar gets the ball to crash onto Gill's pads and the umpire doesn't hesitate before raising his finger. Gill, however, decides to go upstairs post a consultation with Kohli. The big screen confirms there was no bat involved and the ball would have just gone on to clip the top of middle and off. Shreyas Iyer is the new batsman.
India 81/1 after 15 overs: Kohli and Gill continue rotating the strike to keep the singles coming.
India 77/1 after 14 overs: Agar to continue. Gill takes a single but Kohli is in no mood to take any undue risk.
India 76/1 after 13 overs: Kohli gets to the 12,000-run mark in ODIs in only 242 games with a single. Staggering figures, those! Eight runs come off the Abbott over.
India 68/1 after 12 overs: Time for some left-arm spin. Ashton Agar calls for a catch as Kohli slashes a short and wide delivery over the fielder stationed at backward point.
India 59/1 after 11 overs: Green's back into the attack and looks to trouble the young Gill early on with the added bounce facilitated by his towering stature. A fuller delivery, later, however, has been driven comfortably towards the long-on region by the 21-year-old. He follows it up with another four towards midwicket with a glorious-looking pull.
India 49/1 after 10 overs: Abbott mixes it up well and bowls a tight over. Only a hurried single off the last ball sees Gill retain strike.
India 48/1 after 9 overs: Debutant Cameron Green to bowl his first; he has been picked based on his performances in the Sheffield Shield. Green is primarily a batsman, but the 6'7''- tall cricketer can roll his arm over as well, when required. Looks quite decent at it too. However, to bowl tto one of the best in the business you have to be something more than just decent. Kohli smacks him for two back-to-back boundaries.
India 40/1 after 8 overs: Top shot and the Indian captain is away with a gorgeous straight drive and what a sight to watch, Kohli play that shot.
India 35/1 after 7 overs: Gill in looking in good touch as he pulls Hazlewood for a maximum over deep fine leg. Kohli, yet to get off the mark, having faced just a delivery.
India 26/1 after 6 overs: Soft dismissal and Sean Abbott strikes to remove Dhawan. The change of pace did Dhawan there as the batsman wanted to go over cover, but instead spoons a simple catch to Ashton Agar.
India 24/0 after 5 overs: Gill gets his wrists into play as he unleashes an exquisite flick through the mid-wicket and he gets going as both openers seem to have got their eye in.
India 18/0 after 4 overs: India off to a string start and this time, Dhawan sweeps Maxwell to the deep fine-leg boundary as nine comes from Maxwell's second over.
India 9/0 after 3 overs: Dhawan gets going with a cracking drive through the covers and then takes a single off the final ball to retain strike.
India 4/0 after 2 overs: Surprise! It's Glenn Maxwell with the new ball and both the Indian openers are off the mark. Maxwell drew a false shot as Dhawan tried to go after it and the ball falls safe.
India 0/0 after 1 over: Hazlewood starts with a maiden over as he bowls an immaculate line, not allowing Dhawan to get off the mark.
Right then we are all set for the final ODI and it will be Shikhar Dhawan along with Shubman Gill. Josh Hazlewood with the new ball.
